Let's talk about breakfast

Two serves of our Weekend Pawridge is all the grain your pup needs in a week - so it's a weekend breakfast treat in our household!

But what else can you serve to (time-efficiently) keep brekkies interesting Mon-Fri? Here’s some ideas favoured by our fur-boys:

  • A carrot (orange GOLD in our house)
  • Half a broccoli stem
  • A handful of strawberries (red GOLD in our house)
  • Up to half an apple (with any core or seeds removed)
  • If you have time to supervise them, a raw bone of an appropriate size for your dog (for instance, our 7.5kg boys eat a lamb rib or two, prepped by our organic butcher)
  • An egg (raw, cooked, over-easy, whatever)
  • If you’re limiting calories for slightly chunkier pups (!), a spoon or two of the upcoming evening’s dog dinner serve
  • Super high quality grain-free treats – try Dehydrated Chicken Curry from our friends at Barking Obito, or Beef Chips from our pals at Discuits

And occasionally, a good old taste of whatever you’re having is probably OK (provided it’s dog-friendly; think pretty much anything with Vegemite on it!) – we're all about feeding human-grade after all!
